Orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days of payment completion.

In the event of a backorder or for any other reason that we cannot ship within that timeframe, Sturdy Girl will notify you via email.

If a cog in the wheel skips and you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please email info@sturdy-girl.com to notify us of the situation, and we will do our best to get your products to your door as quickly as possible.


If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@sturdy-girl.com.

Orders may be cancelled and a full refund given if we are notified within 24 hours of the order date.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, refunds are only available if the order has not yet shipped.


We sincerely hope that your Sturdy Girl products meet & exceed your expectations. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your product, please let us know and we will gladly issue you a refund (minus shipping charges) to the original form of payment within 2 weeks.


We store your customers’ name, email, address, and order history in order to better serve you. We do not share this information with anyone else.


Sturdy Girl uses two methods to process credit card information: PayPal and Simplify Commerce. Sturdy Girl & the Sturdy Girl website never has access to your credit card information, and this information is never stored on our website.
